All About Egyptian Hibiscus Petal Tea

The tea is made by taking the outer covering of the flower buds and drying them before steeping them in hot water. As a plant, it has good amounts of Vitamins C and A, and is particularly effective at rehydrating you after exercise or when you're sick.

Brewing Hot: Use 1 tsp per 8oz of boiling water, and let steep for 5-10 minutes.
Brewing Cold: Steep 10 teaspoons in a quart of boiling water, then add 3 quarts cold water and refrigerate.
Mix With: Some sugar to taste.
