Caffeine Level: Low, less than half of coffee

Brewing Hot: Use 1 tsp per 8oz of boiling water, and let steep for 5-10 minutes.

Brewing Cold: Steep 10 teaspoons in a quart of boiling water, then add 3 quarts cold water and refrigerate.

Mix With: A fresh mint leaf if you want more minty flavor!

My Cup of Tea!!

I’ve tried lots of green and mint teas but nothing like this. This tea is absolutely delicious! The mint is so good, so pure that it actually helps me breath better.
