Why Long Island Strawberry Iced Tea?
This is a reviving iced tea that perfectly balances the sweetness of strawberries and the familiar taste of a classic sencha green tea. This tea is named after our co-founder's home town of Long Island, as it reminds her of picking strawberries in the springtime.
This tea also includes luxury minor ingredients, such as papaya and cornflower. These flavors, combined with the main ingredients of strawberries and sencha green tea, create a unique, satisfying, and refreshing glass of iced tea!
N/A - This is an iced tea!
Steep 1 iced tea bag in 1L of boiling water for 5 minutes and remove tea bag. Dilute with 3L water and refrigerate.
Add sugar or honey to taste!
While the tea was delicious, I had forgotten that I needed to add sweetener (this was my first time brewing iced tea that wasn’t Lipton lol) and I overcompensated with warm sugar water after I’d already finished the tea, which then made it WAY too sweet. Adding lemons or lemonade helped it a lot, but next time I’m adding honey or agave syrup as opposed to sugar lol. A very refreshing drink though, and I love the green tea and raspberry combo!
It was really good and easy to prepare!
