Brewing Hot: Use 1 tsp per 8oz of boiling water, and let steep for 3-7 minutes.
Brewing Cold: Steep 6 teaspoons in a quart of boiling water, then add 3 quarts cold water and refrigerate.
Mix With: Milk, sugar.

I really like ginger flavors in my tea, so I was pleasantly surprised by the spiciness of this blend! The ginger isn't overpowering, it just adds a nice bit of extra flavor to the black tea and mellows out the bitterness. I'll definitely be getting more.
